Usually post over on muscle talk but will start the transition to move to this site. As it is more geared to my interests.

Goals:
Get Strong
Look half decent

Being training consistently since May this year and have got a little stronger in the process.

Here is Fridays session

Summary
A good session and made me feel a little better about Wednesdays performance. The bench didn't feel too good but once the triceps were warmed up it was fairly managable.

SATURDAY RANDOM

Block Pulls
Did a few reps working up to 180 but forgot my chalk

Deadlifts
Speed reps
Then worked up to a 170kg single

Axle C+P
Nothing special

Circuis Dumbell
35kg for a few reps



Summary
Monged it toatally and forgot my chalk, however not to bad a session.

Summary
Good work out, the OHP needs more work as it still feels weak. The dips will remain the same weight again next week as didn't complete all sets at 25kg. Squats were good and felt managable. Had to do my push day today as I still couldn't walk proply after Fridays calf workout.

Bloody hell you don't half put some volume into your workouts. Good job looking ace. Overhead is boss too. Keep that s**t up!

Weige-Cheers for looking in, I follow 5x5 but add a bit more in when I feel neccesary, it seems to be working ok at the moment.

Yea I eat loads, it suits me though I love food, Im 82kg at the moment would like to get nearer to 90kg.
