Trying slightly lower bar feels really good with 120 and weird with 220, fell forward on set 2 of 220 rep 3 had to do a pause squat to get my balance back.

All felt pretty good and coming off Monday I'm happy with that. Have the 4 nations next weekend so just gonna take it easy next week couple of volume sessions then go for it saturday.
