Should be 190+ I would think, but I have to work on lower the heavier weights, I tend to go too slow, waste energy, and ruin my line, but it will have something to do with how tired I am from the first rep set

Yeah, i am guilty of going to slow down on weights close to max also, although it gets better the more i bench.

Stuff to do yesterday, plus my back still isn't right, so FINALLY had a play with my kettlebells
Swings, 40 kgs, 2 sets of 20 reps, my glutes were fried by these
Rows, 40 kgs, 2 sets of 10 reps
Stiff, one leg deads, 22 kgs, 2 sets of 10 reps, these were a real struggle
My back feels really good this morning, probably due to my glutes and hams actually going something. Highlighted some serious weaknesses in recent weeks, which is good, as I'm sure sorting them out will help overall

97.5 for 5 sets of 5 reps, well was supposed to be, did 7 on the last sets as sets 3 to 5 were so easy, got an awesome groove, will bare that in mind when warming up next week
