Power Snatch
various warm up reps
60kg x 1 rep
70kg x 1 rep --PB
72.5kg x 0 reps -- Pressed it out by the smallest of margins, my training partner told me I'd got it but I knew I'd pressed even if it was only a few mm. Therefore I'm not counting it.
Ghetto Log Clean
various reps
125kg x 1 rep --Need more chalk, it was raining and the log slipped quite a bit. Took more energy than it need to as a result.
Front Squat
60kg x 5 reps
70kg x 5 reps
90kg x 3 reps
100kg x 1 rep
110kg x 1 rep
120kg x 1 rep
130kg x 1 rep
140kg x 1 rep
150kg x 2 reps --Bottom position, dead stop (back) squats. Failed attempts from my training partner.
160kg x 1 rep --PB by 10kg.
Bench Press
60kg x 5 reps
70kg x 5 reps
100g x 1 rep
140kg x 1 rep
160kg x 0 reps --Failed about 3-4 inches off my chest. Didn't really expect to get this and was in fact pleasantly supprised that I got it moving back up even by a small amount. A bit more bar speed and I'd have had this, not long now.

Cheers buddy. I've been getting my form tight for all my reps and it's really helped. Also I've adjusted my assistance work to play on areas I'm weak at. You're doing pretty damn well yourself mate.

40kg x 6 reps (Alternating 3 per side) --Sicked in my mouth after each rep. Forced myself to swallow it down and carry on.

30kg x 15 reps (Each Side)

Not happy with today at all. Wanted to start the new year strong but I feel like hammered s**t. I'm sweating like a b**ch and frezzing cold and boiling hot at the same time. Everything just aches all over. Kept being sick in my mouth but it was worst on the db push press. Had to fight for each and every rep today. Hope this doesn't last long.

Just been having a read. That 22.5kg deadliest PB must have felt sweet and that's a pretty tasty front squat you've got going on too. In fact, 125kg log isn't shabby either. Cracking stuff all round mate.

Cheers man. Yep it was pretty damn sweet setting a new DL PB. I'd been at 250 for quite a while and I think breaking passed it was all a mind game. My overhead really holds me back so it's a big goal of mine to get that sorted this year.
