Monday 25th June

Trained at Shane Williams the rugby players new gym

Upper body warm up

Close grip bench

2 sets of bar

2 sets 60kg x 10

100kg x 10
140kg x 4
165kg x 3
185kg x 1....got on video, went up very fast & comfortable...much better then last weeks 180... Def know there a 190kg there at moment....will put the video of 190 attempt up later this week or next week now

60kg to failure

Box jumps

3 sets x 10 reps

Abdominals 2 finish

Trained at fitness studio Swansea...weighed 91.4kg

Upper body warm-up for 20 mins

Shoulder push press with Olympic bar

60kg x 10

60kg x 10

100kg x 10

110kg x 10

Single arm dumbbell floor 2 overhead

27.5kg x 6

37.5kg x 6

50kg x 4

60kg x 4

Shoulder press machine

60kg per arm- 3 sets x 10 reps


Decided 2 muck around on close grip bench again!lol

60kg x 10

100kg x 10

130kg x 4

165kg x 6

185kg x 1... Very fast on video

190kg....just missed it at lockout... On video also


.......was surprised with the close grip 2nte as was not fresh & feel can do lot more now if was...def a 195kg in tank fresh I think

Lower body warm-up for 15 mins.....supersetted leg extensions with seated hamstring curls

Squats beltless

Belt-on

200kg x 1

Suit on with straps down & knee sleeves on

220kg x 1

Suit on properely with knee wraps

240kg x 5


Hack squat

100kg x 20

Leg press

200kg

2 sets 2 failure

Seated hamstring curls supersetted with standing hamstring kick backs

4 sets to failure
