May as well have a separate thread to discuss this.

Athletes I know who are doing it and the questions that need to be answered.

Ed - Will he get the record

Hix - Seems healthy, danger man

Z - Is he lying on his social media for likes

Thor - will he gets bell palsey in the other side of his face when Ed wins log and pulls out, then Ed's fan take to his social media.

Iron Biby - is he a Nigerian email scammer using fake weights in Africa.

Rob K - Is he cheating on the other strongmen by jerking

Radz - Will his strong Polish jaw genetics be strong enough to compete with slin-boys

Oberst - Will he upset the crowd by eating their food and drinking their beer

Janashia - Will he lift 200kg+ and start threatening top 4 for spots?

Belsak - 200kg?

It should actually be a great event if the equipment etc is all good. 10 athletes have the potential for 200kg log or above.

How much do you reckon Z is lifting on his latest log vid?

It's anywhere between 220kg and 240kg the best I can make out.....

I'm backing Hixxy, would love him to get 230 and shock everyone :-D

His 220kg seated incline log actually made me laugh, it was soo easy for him.

I see Z has now written 220 is his training record training lift and he is aiming for 235 this year
Mikeneto
I still don't think Z is ready.

I think he can get event win at WSM with around 220-225kg...then aim for WR at official log lifting champs in June.

But he weighs 177kg currently and is aiming to be 180kg at WSM

Z lifted 220 mate. Better never doubt the man.

Hicks seated looks much stronger than Halls.

I still think it might be 200kg...the first plates being 15s rather than 20s. He doesn't speak with confidence about the comp, just what he will lift this year.

But he did put "new personal record"

Last week was 200 for sure. This week must be heavier and it looked heavier.
Weah I agree there is still some kind of insecurity he displays and this numbers game is getting annoying.
Just hope hes not delusional like Kevin Levrone and just marketing his name.
DeanW92
That polish jaw though... lol!
dannyboy73
my monies on Z and Hall for a record.

Everyone else good efforts and maybe some hitting 220 but my monies on Z and Hall all the way.
