Hi Mate thanks for following, not sure to be honest - had one osteo appointment when it started hurting thinking it might just be tightness, but when I next tested it - i was still in pain when reversing the squat, so im having 2 weeks of squatting icing it regularly and going to see how it feels so fingers crossed (in the meantime im focusing on deads!

Fingers crossed you can sort it...hate having painful knees, makes everything feel crap.

Decent pressing there too mate.

Yeah cheers mate - most annoying thing is i had been really working hard on my squat and was confident of a 220-230 at next comp ob well!

Beaten up, feeling a pain in my upper back. Jesus always injured! Wanted to train so thought id try a slingshot session to not beat myself up to much

Well my neck/back is recovered and finally back in the gym after almost 3 months out?

So just to fill in what ive done in the last couple of weeks back so its here

Squat - 140x10, 150x8, 160x1, 170x1
Box Squat - 155x5
Stiff legged deadlifts - 140x6
Romanian deadlift - 100x15
Hip thrusts - 140x6
Good mornings - 160x4
Mainly been working legs/hams/glutes - waiting for tendonitis to clear up and start deadlifts and upper body work again.

Finally feeling better post injury, will train hard for 2 days before 10 days off rest then come back refreshed.

Think im not far off 220/225max so may look to hit that when im back then think about using the Russian squat cycle for the first time for a change and then following a max and rest perhaps smolov

Keep forgetting to log - my injuries are clearing up is the good news - tendonitis of the arm seems to have gone so should be back to almost everything soon so will have to get ona fixed plan

180x5 - PB - form broke down but felt easier than expected. Also this was with my hammys still tight from Thursday so I barely felt 100% so happy with this.
