Not donating and not giving a f**k. I work for a charity and do hands on work for the homeless. Real British people who just get forgotten about or even hurled abuse at/ even spat at in the street. Thats how i decide to spend my time . One guy brought up in foster care then kicked out when nobody could claim money for him any more. The work you say you do is fantastic,I was referring to your statement not you personally as how the hell was I supposed to know what you do in your own time....that makes me a retard ?there are charities to raise money for "retards" or is it that you think as do many other charities that yours is the only worthy cause. I believe alot of people on here would really enjoy working with the homeless. They are perceived in such a bad light in this country, Its incredible. You actually wouldn`t believe how easily an able bodied gentleman with no children could become an homeless man. Its closer than you think. All people who give to charity are good people in my eyes When you speak to people who are living on the streets addicted to drugs and even fallen into prostitiution it's really scary to hear how they ended up there not because of how horrendous it was more so of how it only took a few life changing events that could happen to anyone for them to end up in that situation A few months back I confronted a bloke in the street for heckling a begger who hadn't even asked for anything just sat with his cup the guys shouted at him "get a f**king job" | ||
