232.5kg x 1 - really f**king happy with this, I definitely wasnt on top form today, I reckon 245kg is a nice goal, 250kg would be awesome in the long run.

that was a lot of pulling mate - need to be putting away some serious amounts of calories to recover for our killer friday session!
