Well I guess its time I started posting my log here, i've been pretty lazy keeping track of everything recently, so hopefully this'll give me the kick up the arse that I need.

JT, I won't be lifting mate. I wasnt really planning on it anyway, and ive been nice and ill the last two weeks, BW is down 9kg, strength is down proportionately. If I could break the unequipped deadlift record I'd have done it purely for that, but seeing as this meet is equipped it isnt an option in this meet, it'll have to wait.

Yeah, it is a measly 240kg after all - set on the same day as you pulled 260!

Yeah, I like that, a lot.
Anyways, I guess its time to start actually logging my workouts. This week sees the start of my recovery. Phase 1 will be GFNA (Get f**king normal again), Phase 2 will be GFH. You get the idea....

Machine Rows

Rear Delt Flies to finish off. Worked upto 3 plates off the stack for 6. The target is the stack for 10.
Fairly good workout all things considered. Although my back work is what suffers the least as my BW drops. Volume is quite high to try and get this weight back on quickly.
