Finally got an acount on sugden lol

lol been powerlifting a couple of months now and been meaning to join this for a while haha, I'm looking forward to the British bench next week , just really need to get to training haven't been much with the work shifts being so varied.
gotta thank martin in public for the coaching couldn't of been here without him .
looking at other people on this now though haha im so far down in the rankings gotta get myself alot better XD.
