Nancy's first bad night for a while so I was pretty done in. Didn't really have the stiff leg PB in me but willed the f**ker up. That did me though, bad headache afterwards and pretty knackered. Still buzzing though, will catch up with other bits on Friday/Saturday!

Knackered today. Annoying as Nancy had her best sleep yet but I do have to remember that being tired from training was a thing before having a baby and 8 hours sleep doesn't make you immune!

Still hit everything tbf so good session. New block this week so a little less volume and cutting down my second session to behind the neck press and then some mobility work so it'll only be four full sessions. Feeling very strong so I'm excited to see what I can do when I'm full fresh!

Threw up Thursday night, must have eaten something dodgy but drained me and didn't feel too clever so left my Friday session.Saturday

Great session. Would have liked 5 on stiff legs but still a big PB. Hamstrings will feel like iron after my deload I think as they are in perma fatigue at the moment!

Annoying one today, woke up in middle of the night thinking I was going to throw up, managed to avoid it and get back to sleep but woke up still feeling off. Told Shannon I wasn't gonna be able to train so she went on her own but a few hours later I actually feel almost normal. Weird one but I think my body is just needing a bit of a rest. Hammies are dead from single leg RDL yesterday which they really shouldn't be and that's after a 9 hour sleep too! One more big session then a small one Tuesday and I get five days off in sunny Portugal. On a brilliant note Nancy slept through the whole night so hopefully that becomes somewhat of a regular occurrence and I will be an extremely happy man!

Right so did two deload sessions at the start of that week. Decided to take the full deload week rather than five days as I was feeling the fatigue. Holiday was great but woke up to a message Friday morning asking me to be WSM reserve! So that made things a bit hectic, found a gym for a session Saturday morning and then back home Monday morning.
