16x100kg - pb. They became much easier towards the end. I stopped due to time constraints.

3x140 - no PB, but they were the best three that I've performed.

Push press

120 - easy
125 - couldn't quite lock it.
4x20 second holds at 100kg

Cg PB

140 - comfortable

Today

Squat

210 - easy, no knee pain Happy left it there.

Deads... No chalk

12x220 - PB. Easily more in the tank, but my hands were too slippery.

Front squat

140 - easy, but core was feeling a little too weakened from the deads.l

Today's bodyweight is 85kg. Ate a big meal last night, feel like I'm holding more water than usual water, too.

Anterior deltoid playing up a lot today.

Squats. Trying out a wider stance, so not going too heavy.

180 - Felt like a speed rep

220 - Paused. Comfortable enough. Think I'll work with this stance for a while to give it a decent chance.

Bench, again. No particular reason, just fancied it.

2x140 - Paused reps.
2x145 - Second one a bit crap.

You are both far too kind. I don't think I'm quite deserving of the compliments, especially when folk like Tom Martin and Shane exist.

If anyone is reading this, what would a decent time be to complete 20x220kg deads?

Shoulder felt stiff, so left it there

Beltless deadlift

270kg - belt less PB. Room to spare. Happy with this, as my erectors are still worn after Tuesdays high rep deads.

Oh, and a little 20mile bike ride. bas***d got a puncture, so I enjoyed a three mile walk in my SPD shoes.

Lesson: Never forget spare tubes, repair kit and a pump!

25x220 cluster sets(very short rests between every 2-5 reps). 17 of those reps were beltless. All sorts of PBs.

That'll do for one day.

Feel weak, tired, lethargic.
