Missed 2 weeks of training due to sickness/flu bug then forgot to write sessions down so Ill start journal again from this week.

Log Press from Chest- 68kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 2, 105kg x 1, 110kg cleaned but failed press, 80kg x 10.





Clean and strict press- 65kg 3 x 6 reps
Pull ups- 3 x 5 reps

Lunges- 50kg 3 x 10 (5reps per leg)
Hamstring curls- 3 x 10 reps

Deadlifts- 140kg x 3, 180kg x 1, 210kg x 1 (new pb)
Axel deadlift- 165kg x 8 reps.





Farmers walk- 10m drop, turn, 10m- 80kg x 3

Great work at the comp mate you did better than expected. If illness hasn't f**ked up 3 weeks of training you would be top 3 at the comp. Get a good years training under your belt and you can do well at u90s

Thanks mate, means a lot. Ill definitely be hitting it hard this year and see where it takes me. No more Captain Horizontal.

Flat bench press- 100kg, 5 x 5 reps

68kg x 10 reps, 80kg x 5 reps, 85kg x 5 reps, 90kg x 5 reps


100kg x 1 rep


15 minute cardio abs workout.

Close grip bench press (paused) 60kg 3 x 10 reps

Fluffed up the guns as is customary.
