Arm injury.

I miss the bush. Member 3527, 196 posts SQ 232.5, BP 140, DL 280652.5 kgs @ 101kgs UnEq | I managed to pick up an injury to my arms whilst doing cleans using bad technique. Ive had the injury for around 8 weeks now and it did die diwn alot, until the other day when i went to do atlas stones, i was unable to even grip and pick an 80kg stone up (lol). My arms went weak and shooting pains down my arms, after 5 mins it eased. The pain starts from the top of my biceps down to the upper part of my forearm and around the tricep and elbow area. I've just got back from the docs, and he's confident it isn't tennis elbow/tendonitis. He's booked me in to see a sports injury specialist. Was wondering if any of you guys have had the same/similar injury and what you've done to help, ease or even cure it. Cheers. | ||
