* very nice, quick, snappy, crisp, good all round, even got a kind word from the Boss
**easy enough, but a bit wobbly between reps, like my feet are too small.
*** excellent pick up, good walk out and set up and the first two were a breeze, the third one was a little out of line and I tipped forward a touch and ended up fighting with it. I won, well more than won, kicked it's sorry ass as our Americans friends would say. The boss reckons it's no bad thing to wrestle with one now and again, don't make it a habit but it's good to know you can do it in case you have to when the chips are down. And here's me thinking he was going to stab me. The best thing was the pick up and the walk out, moved my feet beautifully considering I had 290kgs on my back, but tonight dear reader, 290 kgs was just not heavy, not light, but not heavy. End 18:30 feeling the best I have felt all day.

Thank you, certainly well on track 640 for three equates to a 1RM of around 720, factor in the change to the better suit and things are looking good.
