Ne n coner a fuickex .ay ouse part we .be Member 1425, 4647 posts SQ 340, BP 227.5, DL 335902.5 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | fired up for today session after watching the beasts in northern u90's yesterday high bar oly squats paused 100x10 120x7 140x5 12inch box squat (even at 12inch box i feel like im only just hitting depth most be somthing to do with my short legs as most people seem to go bellow parallel when using a 14 inch box anyways 1st time realy using these and can already tell my hips are a weakness 3x160 3x180 3x200 onto stiff leg dead stood on a 5 inch deficit 2x160 2x180 2x200 deadlift speed pulls from floor 10x2x140 db bent over row 40kg x10 x3 | ||
