Great little comp and came away with second place…

Pissed I missed OSG again but all in all,I’ve had a decent year…
Welsh u80kg champ..5th at brits u90s with 3 weeks notice and 2nd place at this comp being the lightest at 87.6kg

Clash in 3 weeks now….
Need to squeeze for yoke,farmers and stone to shoulder in now without taxing or getting fatigued…

Put some lighter runs in so I can get more volume done which will help with conditioning as well…
