it seems like i lean forward a bit at the bottom of each lift on the video but felt sound doing them

Yea, i hear half squats are dodgy for the knees. Ok maybe a bit more than half.

There is a line between constructive criticism and being a dick. I suggest you take a few paces back and find that line.

My personal feeling is that the squat could be a little lower, and you would find that depth if you could remain a little more upright. Try pushing your chest out a little more and pusihing your elbows forward so they are under the bar. It worked for me.

Might be a little easier to comment on a side on vid

I train at a gym whos owner is a 13 times world powerlifting champ so if i wasn't hitting depth i think he would tell me oh and he wears wraps

i think the front on video don't help but if you look at the safety slings when i hit bottom you can see im almost hitting the bottom of them
