Events list 1) car / van deadlift for reps - no straps 75 secs around 160 to 200 in weight side handle no straps 2) Atlas stones to platform 90kg to 140kg 90sec time limit 3) Press Medley ( 50 kg d/b, 80kg croft stone, 90kg log, 90kg axil) in 75 seconds 4) tire flip for reps around the 300 to 350 mark 75 secs time limit 5) yoke(260kg to 300), sandbag, keg, keg Medley - keg's 80 to 100 kg's and the sand bag 80 kg time limit 90 seconds 6) surprise 90 seconds Shetland title for shetland residents Orkney Title for Orkney residents North isles title who ever is the overall winner Rules- these will follow Accommodation http://www.scottishaccommodationindex.com/shetland.php look for the lerwick based B & B's http://www.islesburgh.org.uk/pages/youth-hostel.htm http://www.shetlandhotels.com/ you should be able to get something to stay ing from these website Travel to shetland from aberdeen http://www.flybe.com/ you need to use sumbrugh as the destination airport http://www.northlinkferries.co.uk/ its an overnight Ferry journey so if you coming up it would be best that you com up on the friday boat and leave on the sunday night if work is a problem Travel from Edinburger http://www.flybe.com/ Comparators List If you can PM me if you want to come up and have ago Dhanni Moar (Shetland) Colin Arthur (Shetland) Brian Cuninghame (Mainland) Garry Burt (Mainland) Nick Earl (Mainland) | ||
