Do you use NO-explode, bro. and which brand of creatine works best? I'm using both and haven't seen any gains so far. Do you need to train for that s**t to work?

Back Training properly now.

Did Back last night

Lat pulldowns up to two heavey sets

Barbell Rows upto 220kg for a set of 10

dumbell rows 80kg 2x sets of ten on each arm

18" Deadlifts upto a working set 300kg x 10 reps

Dumbell shrugs 80kg x10 2 sets

Hi Ben, Ive only just been back training for a month now, to be honest the strength and size has come back ridiculously faster than expected. My injuries, mainly my back seems to be 99% better, im planning on doing the southern Englands Qualifier next year, in the heavies if all goes to plan. Fancy maybe giving the BPC a shot too.
In the meantime i plan on getting as Massive and as strong as possible, not going to start Event training till later in the year, im sure i will get bullied into it sooner :-)

i keep meaning to regularly post stuff on here but cant always be bothered or i forget, injuries are not bad at the minute so hopefully i will have a good spell training now. I intend to do the 105s next year now so will see how things go.
Shoulders last night

Seated Dumbell Press

Warm ups then

20x 50kg

Push press

warm ups

Plenty of failed attempts then

1x 140kg (have absolutely no technique doing these).

Side Lateral Machine

Warm up set then Drop set

Bent over lat raises for 2 sets

Farmers shrugs (no straps)

70kg x10
110kg x10

Farmers pick up/ hold (no straps)

150kg (fine)

180kg (about 3secs)

Rope press downs to warm up

Close grip bench

warm up then
10x 140kg really easy

7x 160kg

Rack Lockouts

Warm up then
6x 180kg

Tricep bar exts and tricep ext machine to finish
