Shoulderz like boulderz Member 842, 479 posts | Hi Ben, Ive only just been back training for a month now, to be honest the strength and size has come back ridiculously faster than expected. My injuries, mainly my back seems to be 99% better, im planning on doing the southern Englands Qualifier next year, in the heavies if all goes to plan. Fancy maybe giving the BPC a shot too. In the meantime i plan on getting as Massive and as strong as possible, not going to start Event training till later in the year, im sure i will get bullied into it sooner :-) | ||

I intend to do the 105s next year now so will see how things go. Shoulders last night Seated Dumbell Press Warm ups then 20x 50kg Push press warm ups Plenty of failed attempts then 1x 140kg (have absolutely no technique doing these). Side Lateral Machine Warm up set then Drop set Bent over lat raises for 2 sets Farmers shrugs (no straps) 70kg x10 110kg x10 Farmers pick up/ hold (no straps) 150kg (fine) 180kg (about 3secs) | ||
