Rows 60kg x 10/10/10/10/10 Jm press 40kg x 12/12/10/8/8 Squats were s**t today, tried using do skate shoes, threw me way off. Think I need a shoe inbetween the coyotes and a flat shoe. Have a bit of inflammation in my right patella tendon as of yesterday which didn't help. Start of a new plan, see where I goes. | ||

Abandoned there Front squat 5@8-9 3-5% F 120kg x 5@8-9 115kg x 5 Wide grip chin ups 8/6/5/4/4 Hamstring curls 15/15/12/10 Developing tendinitis in my tricep tendon. Pressing heavy 3/week isn't good for me I feel. | ||
