1- deadlift From floor reps 220kg, Straps Allowed
2- Frame Carry 20 Metres 220kg
3- Super Yoke 240kg 20 Metres
4-log press 100kg max lift from floor 75 seconds
5- filp big tyres 250-280kg best time win
6- Standing over head Dumbell press. (one arm) Weight TBC
7- Stones over yoke 120kg 48inch high

Entry fee £ 20 Includes t-shirt. Spectators £ 2.50 on gate.

The money that will come from the Strongman will go for very young girl to help her because she has cancer.

Please arrive at 11am, briefing at 11:30am and comp start at 12am
