I truly envy you your intake at your bodyweight. Pretty sure you eat more than me, and I'm basically an elephant seal.

I usually force myself to eat a very light breakfast. I can very easily go until 4pm without eating anything. Most of my intake is dependant on what my gran cooks. She interferes god forbid I try to cook anything. I can't find my paring knife. It's not in its block, and I hope my gran hasn't taken it as it's gonna get used as a screwdriver/thrown at cats/used to dig out weeds.

My gran cooked black eyed beans with celery. I threw in a tin of tuna and had a ton of that. Trained, then scrambled 3 eggs with milk and put that over the remaining bean/tuna stuff as a post-workout meal.

I caught some relatively mediocre sized grey mullet yesterday morning. Straight after training, I fried up 5 of them, probably 200g.

Had a shower, called a semi fast-food place. Chicken tenders, rice, chips, salad, bread.

Still not full. 200g baby biscuits is another 900kcals. I would gain weight nicely if I could make myself eat breakfast!

I came back from fishing at drove straight to the kebab place. Had what was essentially 2 chicken doners for breakfast. Nobody has kebab left after 2pm, so it's a lunch-time thing, akin to a Cypriot Ploughman's lunch.

Customer brought me 2 dozen quail eggs which I intended on pickling. They were inhaled around 6pm before they even got a chance to get pickled.

Now 8pm and I have bread my gran made, toasted on the fireplace, home-made jam, olives from our own trees, and some jam.

Probably have a pack of baby biscuits in bed, so that's another 900kcals.

I weighed 318g loaf of homemade bread filled with onions, halloumi, and olives. Cut it in half and toasted it, then grated approx 60-70g cheese and squished it until the cheese melted. Not full at all despite just having about 210g carbs, 35g protein, 30g fats? 1250kcals.

Post workout snack - 3 packs of instant noodles (only use the seasoning from one packet) plus a tin of tuna with the oil). 150g carbs, 55g protein, about 50g fats. 1,270kcals. I'll see what my gran has cooked in a bit. I think it's some sorta beans/pulses.

I have been making and consuming Sauerkraut on and off for a couple of years, my wife wouldn't touch it and often mentioned the unpleasant aroma.

She has however read an article on how good gut bacteria can help stave off covid......guess who is now eating the sauerkraut with gay abandon?

Absolutely outstanding stuff. The supermarket jarred stuff is good, the serious stuff is incredible. I'm too lazy and chicken to make my own, though.

Going to be having some tonight - quesadillas filled with kimchee, gochujang, chicken, and cheese. K-sedillas...
