| Has anyone come accross WSM yet that has been uploaded? We dont get CBS down in Australia on cable so we miss out. Do you guys in the UK still have to wait until Xmas time? HITstrongman used to upload the vids pretty much straight away but havent seen anything from him latley (he did post about haveing copywrite dramas) | |||

| Wouldnt you take in account that he had that virus that was picked up in China? It was totally kicking his ass and doctors couldnt work out what was the cause of it. He was also training with this virus which would have caused some extra strain on the heart/body. Specialist always say its not best to train even when you have the flu. Unfortunatley drug use is the first thing that comes to mind and no one is very sensible about making the call. | |||

| That was a bit of a freak accident! Rock Tape wont fix that one.......too soon? Crossfit isnt too bad in some ways but there are a few things which are just plain crazy, like atlas stone squats, where you have to shoulder a stone, roll it to the back of your neck and squat. What happens if you fall foward, going to be hard to get out of the way of that stone! | |||
