dont know most the novice ones ive seen range between 180kg and 220kg but looks like a heavyish comp all round but i think il be giving it a go for my first comp

na they may send an inspector out to check the damage and then he will know whats what and make a decision whether to repair or replace it if not they will probably just ask for the make and model and serial number which should be on the bottom of the laptop by the battery and then they will make you an offer based on current prices

no they would normally give you enough to by todays equivelant to what you have already but chances are if yours is 5 years old the lowest spec laptop out now is probably gonna be an upgrade compared to your old one

have you got accidental damage on your insurance and new for old if so you can normally just get a new one to the equivalent value of the current value of the one you have (not what you paid for it)but minus your excess

not at all just like to of seen deadlift and atlas stones in there especially if it was gonna be my first comp most comps normally revolve around medley, log, deadlift, and stones just unusual to see one with out them 2 Happy

tescos own oats are about 80p a kilo so not too bad
