OK so this has probably been done already but I wanted to know what other people do at the gym that want to make you pick up a 20k iron plate and beat them over the head with it lol so let me kick off the rant.
I hate it when people get shed loads of plate out all over the gym and don't put them back.

i train in my kitchen so different nuisances apply.

i hate it when my mrs puts the oven on n starts baking while im sweating like a pig as it is.

also when some cold caller rings the door bell mid set.

or kids interupting me to tell/show me something really pointless but tbf they rarely bother me and know to wait til my set is finished.

Rufusing to work in with you then staring at you for the next 15 mins until you are finished.

Never got people who would rather wait than work in.

Take a s**t and not wash their hands before using equipment.
Fiddling around with their testicles/penis/ass and then not wassshing their hands before using equipment.
Dickheads who stare at me. Staring is rude.

Apart from that it's fair game really.

i wont even deny it Grin

its quite a big kitchen, space isnt a big issue depending what i want to do. i do most OH stuff and events outside. only problem is the tiled floor thats now got a few cracks here n there.

gyms in my town are s**t so home gym was deffo better option anyway. they all have hexagon plates, not enough plates and s**t old equipment

Weak people who critique my form, won't work in 'because they aren't going that heavy' and just general gym wa**ers who wear vests that say stupid things. Some favourites i've seen on very small me are
' #alpha'
'no i'm not on steroids, but thank for asking' mate no one has ever asked you
and
'1 more rep'

People with no spatial awareness.
Cable crossovers/hercules curls; there are now 3 stations to accomodate this sort of fannying about, yet only one squat rack.Confused
Synchronised front raises.
Plate theives.
Anyone doing giant circuits - "im using that one as well mate".

My gym has a lot of stupid. No specific thing really bothers me but the cumulative effect does.

Today a guy asked me for a spot. I said yes and followed him, he led me to the leg extension machine and asked me to help him lift off. I explained that if it's too low it can be adjusted and showed him how to. He agreed to try it that way and I walked off but he called me back because he still needed a spot. He explained he wanted me to help him lift it once he starts failing then started before I could say much. I did for 2 or 3 reps but he kept going so I left him to do increasingly smaller reps until he couldn't move the weight at all.

Usually it's the assisted pull up machine that's the hot bed of stupid. My favourite one if the lady who wouldn't let me work in (it is the only place with a straight bar/handles) because in between her sets she was doing step aerobics on the platforms to reach the bar.

Bro reps when they can't even do one full rep by themselves.
