Well, after an 8 month break due to dislocated and double fractured shoulder, I'm fit enough to train again.

Starting a Frankie NY programme today.

Deadlifts 120kgs (5x3)
Barbell rows 75kgs (5x3)
Barbell curls 40kgs (5x5)
Hammer curls 22.8kgs each dumbell (5x5).

Down the gym again today working out ky 85% weights for the 5x5 program I've started. Had loads of energy left so done an all over body workout aswell using equipment I haven't used before to get used to it all.

Attempted to equal PB at 130kgs. Needed slight assistance on first inch of up movement.

Not yet. I'm just gonna do full body workouts and on each day do deads on mondays, squats on Wednesdays and bench on fridays for a month to 6 weeks just to get my body used to weight lifting. Then strongman training whenever I get chance.

Was gonna try,

175kgs x2
180kgs x1 PB
But decided not to push it :-)
