The European Strength Association has been formed to provide clarity and direction in our sport. In 2013 we will be holding a number of shows in 90kg, 105kg and heavyweight categories, with smaller qualifiers across the country. The finals being Europe Strongest Man (90kg, 105kg & Heavyweight).
After the great success of Europe Strongest Man 2012, which reached record crowds and is to be shown on eurosport and channel 5 we will holding two stadium based Giants Live Shows, which will be World Strongest Man Qualifiers. The first being Europe Strongest Man which will again be held in Leeds in June. The second will be the Giants Live British Open Championships which will be held in Gateshead Stadium in August (Dates to be comfirmed in the next few days).

English Qualifier
Details
The English Qualifier for the Giants Live British Championships will be held on 7th April 2013 at Pro Strength & Fitness Gym in Swindon organised by Laurence Shahlaei. This is also the Europe Strongest Man Qualifier 2013.

Irish Qualifier
Details
The Irish Qualifier for the Giants Live British Championships will be held on 2nd March 2013 at TBC organised by Dave Warner. The winner will also qualify for the Europe Strongest Man Qualifier on 7th April 2013 at Pro Strength & Fitness Gym in Swindon organised by Laurence Shahlaei.

Welsh Qualifier
Details
The Welsh Qualifier for the Giants Live British Championships will be held on 10th March 2013 at Carmarthen Show Ground organised by Alex Gibby.
The winner will also qualify for the Europe Strongest Man Qualifier on 7th April 2013 at Pro Strength & Fitness Gym in Swindon organised by Laurence Shahlaei.

Scotlands Strongest Man
Details
The Scottish Qualifier for the Giants Live British Championships will be held on 16th March 2013 at TBC, Dumfries organised by Stuart Murray.
The winner will also qualify for the Europe Strongest Man Qualifier on 7th April 2013 at Pro Strength & Fitness Gym in Swindon organised by Laurence Shahlaei.

Lovely to see 2 huge Strongman shows in the North! Gateshead stadium is a good venue, competed in athletics there and has a Strength pedigree in the Powerlifting club.
