Pleased with my bench, seem to be getting more weight on the bar recently.

Next week I will promise myself to be at least 54kg.

I was looking on the Sugden League and lo and behold the person straight above me is Steven Scoular. I saw you lifting at the British, good stuff man!

Well my best competition total is 400kg so really 410kg doesn't hold true just combo of my best contest lifts.
Next contest I will be at a higher weight so I hope to improve.

Have been eating more recently so was fairly dissapointed with this result but still strongly believe I will be in the 60kg category for the UK Open. I need to hit at least 56kg+.
