Member 870, 552 posts | we have been along setting up the kit for tomorrow all day it's looking good so far.I hope we get the weather on our side. ther has been a slight change to the medley as we have been let down with the power stairs so it's now 2 x120 kegs duck walk 200k onto 10"platform then drag the 300k chain . hope to see everyone and hope it's a good show | ||

embarrasingly poor bench Member 2684, 4043 posts SQ 240, BP 135, DL 275650.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Made it back up the road to Aberdeen, brilliant comp today, really enjoyed it, firstly thanks to Lee, Stuart Murray, Martin, Tommy, Neil, Drew and all the other guys in the crew for putting on such a slick well run comp, also Andy Cairney who was really good as MC again. Everything ran very smoothly on the day and was a really good selection of events with some different events that you don't see that much. Congratulations to the qualifiers and best of luck in the next qualifier down the road, hopefully Stevie will do really well as he looked very strong today. | ||

Well done Lee for another great effort in being the promoter & 2nd place athlete. Highlights of the day for me where jnr pumping out full reps on the squat & having a massive nose bleed on the 8th rep. Strongest legs today. Cherrie doing the 191 stone & bring a class apart with 6 out of 7 wins & Benvies tech on dumbell press was Olympic class. Garry being Mr consistent all day & running 3rd place close all day infact ALL the guys were awesome with hunter showing balls of steel to grab 3rd place in his first comp. Im destroyed & was only a helper lol. f**k knows how the athletes feel. | ||
