Yeah I think your right. In the future for definate, but just not this year he will be giving to much body weight away and experience compared to some of the guys.

I wont be down for a few weeks (although this weekend I plan to pop over to Whey) its now the "down to Business " time in my last year of my degree, 4 weeks till Dissertation hand in!! If I'm a head of schedule I may head over but if not I'll be over to load for the South 105's and train the next day !!

The 175 won't be a problem, doing them one after another will pose a bigger challenge!!

mate would be great to have someone like you down to put us all to shame, its training with guys like yourself that makes you realise how good you big guys are, and how much work i have to do.

i think if all the top boys are fit its going to be a great contest. The last 3-4 years there has only been 8-9 competiors ,with all the new talent coming through i think we will be beable to keep up the others (ENG,SCOT,IRL) WITHIN TIME
