 403 forbidden message Member 160, 5121 posts SQ 190, BP 137.5, DL 225552.5 kgs @ 86kgs UnEq | Placed an order with budgetseeds.co.uk - accidentally ordered 16 packets of various seeds, 1,710 seeds in total, for a bout a fiver including postage. Now I think I have to extend my growing patch. I've only got about 200 radishes planted. I don't even like radishes. 2 packs of daikon, 2 packs of black spanish radish, corn lettuce, corriander, peppermint, cucamelons, more pak choi, monster kohlrabi, celery, rainbow swiss chard, more radishes, beetroot, cucuumbers. A lot of packs are 25-29p, the rest were about 69p a pack. | ||

We have stockedpilled for when it becomes contraband. we also have about half a cubic meter of compost so far which we made...this will be moved when its full, using a 3 bay system. which i built from pallets and none painted treated scaffold boards (all protected with an internal membrane of corrugated floor protection which I obtained from work... | ||

Hotbox frame to be netted and placed over the bed where the caulies, broccoli and cabbage will be planted today. Loads of sprouts and shoots... the garlic looks healthy and the radish almost ready. fxxk knows what radish tastes like  Oh, and we have lettuce ready to eat now. | ||

Member 4600, 8166 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 255657.5 kgs @ 90.5kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 17.04.2022 @ 15:54 PM by dannyboy73 we now have a greenhouse...full. peppers, herbs, letuce, leeks, rocket, sweetcorn, cabbage (to be put in the beds this week), melons, rhubard, persnips, herbs and berries of sorts and loads of other stuff to be transpalnted to beds.My wife took me on a tour to show me what shes moved to the beds ...mainly netted. laods of radish and beetroot. garlic is not netted and growing very well. Big bed od sprouts and no dig ready for beans and peas. She planted some caulies this afternoon and broccoli... We have multiple buckets inbetween the greenhouse/ beds with potatoes in... letuce outside as well and carrots in buckets. and other stuff Ive forgotten already... we are getting through loads of compost...will be a while before we have our own of use. Yea, its going alright. we have low expectations which helps. | ||

It's a good way to save on buying store bought food. I put it by my my back wall so my neighbors can enjoy the rhino farts smell as it bubbles away for the next two weeks. Their cat keeps using my new planting as a loo. Seems like appropriate karma... | ||
