I have had 3 months off training due to various reasons including illness my resting pulse rate was 120bpm!!

Random disclosure - My 90yr old gran can't watch a chicken getting its head chopped off, but the guy who moved over from London has no issues, despite having fond memories of them as day-old chicks, falling asleep in the car. I even turned the music down so they could sleep in peace.
