Done. Don’t think I’ve ever done 120x7 strict press, maybe a default all time PB ? core was like a wet noodle from squat and deads yesterday too.

144x1 - moved nice, lost balance on eccentric
144x3 ! All time PB, I think so!

B) chest press
3 sets x failure

C) DB side raise
3 sets x failure.
