not touched log in donkeys, felt good/natural, shoulder felt ok. 85 was a lil slow but a smooth comfy rep, my old self would of ground out a couple more reps lol.

nothing special but a nice start point, forgot how much i enjoy strict log.

I've never liked that you can do more pull ups than me, this needs to change Wink

Great to see training and not pushing so things like you did in the past. It will pay off in the long run no doubt.

f**k off, gotta let me have one thing ha. i used to be s**t at them a few years ago until i started doing them 1-2 times a week.

cheers its hard some times even now im not that motivated or bothered about training i still get days where i want to just see what i can lift lol. im not chasing any numbers though, i have assassinated my ego and im just happy to be able to do some compound exercises.

thanks, i did reply tuesday and wrote up my session but some reason it hasnt posted. title was just to remind me to not get too carried away.

tuesday (from what i remember)

cant quite remember reps but think thats close enough
