Anyone got any recommendations? Looks like I'm gonna be moving there soon.

Don't know much about Liverpool. I live on the Wirral and train at Pro Gym in Birkenhead.

Good strongman kit there.

Power and fitness is a decent gym for the power lifts, got a power rack and a deadlift platform and decent barbells/weights.

Power and Fitness has two eleiko bars, a s**t ton of weight and is currently home to a couple of British GBPF Champs.

Can't rate it highly enough.

Yeah was looking at that one, the eleikos are a big plus but from what I've seen it only has a few racks and has pretty s**t opening hours sadly

Two deadlift platforms, a competition bench and power cage - never had to wait for any of these in my time going there. Gym opens about 5am to 9pm. Best place for strength training in liverpool.

Meant the closing at 1pm Saturdays/shut on Sundays more than the weekday hours. Does seem to be the best option though, pretty close to a few of the flats I'm looking at too

Maybe just see how it goes at first, but can't recommend the place enough.
