FFS I pressed quote rather than edit to correct my mistakes.

Day 1
Squat
Log
DOH Axle Deadlift
Chins

Day 2
Front squat
Bench
Deadlift
Rows

I would lower the volume and make it full body... something like the above. You want to give it all you have for each exercise which will still be hard with 4 exercises

What I'm driving at is that you probably can't cover all bases in two sessions. Some things are going to have to be left to next month, or get some crossover effect. That sort of consideration.

A few exercises done hard seems to be the key to more minimal training. Trying to hit everything in two sessions means nothing is likely to be done well.

How is that to much per session? Lol some of you should come train with me lmao

I'd do full body if twice a week .

Heavy deadlift variation
Lighter squat variation for reps
Overhead for reps

Speed deadlift
Heavier squat
Overhead

Would be my base

Just imo

I'll keep the volume high then. And if it feels like too much, I'll reduce it. Really enjoying all different opinions.

I could swap squats and doh axle over to make it more full body on each day.

Thanks for all input.

So thinking tomorrow I'll do.

Front squats
Speed

DL
Heavy
