The deadlift and bench vids confirmed what I thought on the day, that these were 2nd lift weights, not first.

As to getting back in the gym 50/50 on it being before the new yearGrin

Lol, well I trained today but did bb stuff ready for the xmas break. Looking at dates my next sessions will be Saturday 27th December and Monday 5th January. Not even once a week any more Unhappy

Training your abs today were you. Well they are going to get a pounding over Christmas I would say. If I were you I'd forget the 6 pack for a while

After a nice 2 week break which included London, Paris and Brussels, back in the gym today for a start of a basic 5x5 plan for the time being.

Squat 100kg, 5x5
Bench 85kg, 5x5
SLDL 100kg, 5x5
DB Shoulder Press 25kg, x10, x10
Triceps Green Band, x20, x20

2nd session will be cardio, bw stuff, upper back, abs

3rd session will be

Front Squat 5x5
Incline Press 5x5
Deficit DL 5x5
Seated Strict x10, x10
Biceps
