Whilst he might not be able to run a marathon, you gotta admit his power output for time considering his size, on something like a truck pull where he almost always ends up sprinting at the end is still impressive.

No need to be fit beyond a few minutes for SM, surely thats the point?

he did 200 first time in 2005

He would be way above average in a standard fitness test. Fitness includes strength, power, endurance and cardio.
