Did a 5 mile run yesterday and then called in at the gym tonight.
Loaded the 40kg atlas stone 5 times to 5ft
Lapped the 50kg atlas stone but couldn't quite load it
Played death by ftoh with just a bar and got up to level 12

Been a stupidly busy week but did manage an hour of running on Tuesday night, 8 x 1m30s efforts with rest between and jogs either side.
