We all settle into certain gyms for a reason, however there are the downsides we all put up with, it could be the constant drum and bass music, the equipment or it could be other gym members who have I.L.S (Imaginary Lat Syndrome) or the member who loses a key?
Here's the place to get a load off your chest!

Here's one of my hates to get things started- The two man benchpress specialists.

My gym is in a bit of a ghetto and there are several 'gangsta pimps' who come in from time to time.
However that said there are also alot of powerlifters and the gym is the bo***cks for equipment for lifting and of course the blondie to keep me occupied.

There are a few plastic powerlifters too who talk about nothing but bleedin bench press, that gets irritiating!

f**kING COCK GOBBLING BB'ERS....specifically those who have to shout like they are getting gang banged by a particularly sadistic tribe of Pygmies, along with those who half SQ and think they know the f**k they are talking about

also,...those f**k wits, who unless impeded by some sort of injury, who think one plate for benches, two for SQ and 3 for deads, if they dead at all, think a lift with any of those weights for any number of reps think they are f**king Hercules....

oh, final one....the cum guzzlers who use the SQ rack for anything other than exercises done with heavy weights.....not friggin curls!

the c**ts who throw dumbells! If its heavy then maybe yeh (even then if your strong enough to lift it you can put it on the ground)

theres guys who do 30s on db bench then just launch them at the floor! no wonder they always fall to bits! also the people who spout absolute s**te about training.

Those people who tell me they know someone twice my size at another gym, I don't think Ive ever seen a forty stone person in a gym?

i'd like to add a variant to that one...the guy who says after a really hard set, that he or a mate of his can do more weight or has done more weight in the past...or that it's all tech, haha!

nothing I can think of, the gym I goto is a private gym thats ran from a large garage, has loads of equipment and costs £1.

There's the people who see you doing some resonable poundages and come asking for advice (which is fine) so take up 15 mins of your time. You then see them a few weeks later and ask them how the new routine is going only to get the reply that they've abandoned it because they've not put 50lb on each lift in 2 weeks.
Ah well better follow a routine out of FLEX then!

Whilst at work, some 10 stone indian bloke asked me "what do I do to get bigger?", so I said all the usual stuff like

Lift as heavy as you can as often as you can
Sleep lots
Eat like a fat man coming off hunger strike
Full body sessions
Compound exercises etc.

And for healthy measure I told him that my balerina ex girlfriend could currently deadlift more than him. It literally went in one ear and out the f**king other. I have yet to see him in a squat rack. He only ever does curls. And he is still 10 stone at 5 foot 11. And dont get me started on the chinese exchange students!

i hate the smell f**king b o ridden easter europeans who train at the gym i go to . all they ever do is abs bench and curls f**king t**t's
i hate people who will just do the odd rep or two and then watch you do your entire work out and say why did you do that why did you do this etc.


but apart from that the gym we have is 100 times better than our old horse stable!!
