BigT
Looks like big Dave won, Luke 2nd, Jason 3rd and John 4th. All heading to ESM.
Luke
Good to see Dave Meer and Luke Fulbrook back in form after their injuries. Be interesting to see how the other 2 qualifiers get on in their first final. Does anyone know when and where Englands strongest man is being held this year?

I believe Eddie Hall is running it so Stoke area at a guess

Eddie is running it in Stoke in July, be a nice change to being in the South for the last 3 years!!

North qualifier in less than 2 wks with 20 plus signed up!!

South is going to be in June run by Terry.

yes Jason is Bills son Pittuck and John is John Clark who trains with Richard Sennewald , done very well getting through in his first open comp of that calibre.
Dave won maxle with 165kg ,squat with 6 reps at 280kg , and also won back to back tug of war , Wayne won 400 yoke and Luke won rising bar deads . Apologize if this is wrong its from memory. Proper gutted I missed this due to holiday but well done to the 4 who qualified.

P.s gutted for Wayne who tried to compete even with a rough hamstring injury

Thanks Jay.

I'd heard of Jason but not John. Well done to him!

I presume that the maxle was pretty easy given how he knocked out double figures with 150 a couple of years ago?

Condolences to Wayne.
