The Southern qualifier for this will be run in Swindon in March, details to follow soon The midlands qualifier will be held on April 18th venue tbc 1)axle clean and press all reps from floor 110kg 2)240kg olympic bar deadlift 3)300yoke 130 farmers medley 15m each 4)vehicle arm over arm 5)brutal medley 1 flip heavy akward tyre 200kg duck walk and a drag both 10m 6)finish with stones The Northern qualifier will be held on April 11th. at Salt Ayre Sports Centre, Lancaster. 1) 240kg deads (head to head) 2) Arm-over-Arm van pull (one at a time) 3) 300kg Yoke to 180-200kg Duck Walk Medley (head to head)(duck weight subject to testing) 4) 105kg Log Press (three at a time) 5) 115kg Farmers x 40m (three at a time) 6) Stones: 100, 120, 140, 160 (head to head) Please get in contact if you are interested in doing any of these qualifiers. Scottish, Welsh and Irish qualifiers will soon be announced | ||

I have been on a course in bloody Bristol today and my phone has been going manic with whats been put on various websites. I have chased John/Rich fwho are doing the Southern so that will listed soon. All events looking good and Englands Final will be posted next week and a date set probably in May.
