if u look at the gym seshes from last week,omg they wer s**te.made up for it today....need to go heavier on car/van pulls...happy with every thing else tho..i jus weighed 93.4,only jus avin my 2nd meal...if ada look at ur jurnal and ur lookin strong buddy...i think this will be and awsum,explosive comp...cant wait for it now

good squats yest mate...hitting good numbers now fairplay!....cant wait for the comp now!....bought a titan super centurion nxg super plus squat suit last week for the brit 105s.....amazing piece of kit.....cant bleave the spring it gives at bottom & how much can increase squat if learn 2 use correct!....should get 1...lot money tho!il prob sell it after the brit comp!lol

thanks phill,i enjoy box squats,explosive..dont knw if im wrong here,but they are more than enough for strongman,with a mix of front or zercher...box i useis actualy small bench around 16inch off floor,so still faily deep like....its only 3weeks now bud,nerves are setting in a bit,but aslo cant wait.....what tha suit cost you bud..iv spent a bit last few weeks,on thors,tacky,wraps etc....need a new belt now the eventsfor the british 105 looks awsum butt,i would love to do a comp with those events,think i could rep a few of the events lol.....sent you a pm buddy...

Thanks mate,pushed quit hard today,stepped it up a bit lol..tha angie is a killer..bw is cumin down,I would it to be bang on 90kg week out,so I won't have to sweat much just looked at ur jurnal,nice deads there mate...
