Classic farmers over 30m
-Turn at 15m around cone
-One drop and you are out
-130kg p/h

Event 2
Log press for max weight
-IFSA spec log
-Starting at 95kg

Event 3
18" Deadlift for reps
-No suits. Straps and belts only
-300kg

Event 4
Arm-over-arm for 15m
-300kg

Event 5
Atlas stones onto platform
100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 140kg, 175kg

would love to do this, not sure i can at the minute. What are the increments on the log? are we going up 5kg/10kg each time?

Will let you know if the mrs wants a weekend to Aberdeen.....

I was thinking we would go up in 10kg increments until half the competitors are out. Then 5kg after that.
