#biggef Member 5263, 3492 posts SQ 260, BP 195, DL 260715.0 kgs @ 130kgs UnEq | I have some lift s**t in my bag I've had it there for months,if I have a day where I feel I'm lagging il have one but very seldom in fact I find having a coffee (jar job) works fine. I was wondering if there are any pre workout junkies here and are you concerned at all that to much could be bad for you? Or is it bad for you? I know guys who take it every workout without fail surly this can't be good for you....can it? Actually one of them said he feels as though he could not train without it as its a routine now. Personally I don't care for it much but I'm interested in sugdeners opinions on it  | ||

I know alot of people who say they can't train without it. I think alot of the tee shirt trainers/ pretty boys like it as it helps give them an artificial pump so they so a few bicep curls and they feel like arnie | ||
