Just testing the water . Event 1 - Max Log. Start weight 130kg .. Event 2 - Deadlift. Axle 300kg for Reps .. Event 3 - Static Hold. 250kg for timed hold .. Event 4 - Squat. Weight to be confirmed .. Event 5 - Stone over Yoke. 175kg - 48" for reps .. | ||

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Depending on how my arm has healed I may be up for this. Depends how much strength I have lost by the time I get to train properly again come Sept. Looks like a nice comp. I will spread the word when I see folk. | ||
