Gloucester Strongman Novice Competition

Hi Guys

I am running a Novice Strongman Comp in Gloucester looking for 15-20 competitors.

Date: Saturday 30th August 2014

Venue: Chequers bridge youth arts centre,
24 Painswick Road,
Gloucester
GL4 6PW.

Time: 12pm start (competitors to arrive at 11am for briefing and warm up)

Events;

1. 100kg log lift for reps FTOH
2. 220kg deadlift for reps
3. 110kg farmers 30 meters
4. 300kg tyre 10 flips quickest time
5. 80kg or 110kg atlas stone reps to shoulder


£20.00 competitors fee
T-shirts and medals for all competitors
Top 3 Trophies and prizes

Spectators welcome free entry
BBQ available

Everyone welcome to strongman sessions running at Gloucester Gymnation every Saturday from 1pm onwards £3.00 a session to try out equipment,
