The BDFPA British Full Power Championships are this weekend. Is anyone from here going?
I'm really looking forward to going as a spectator. There are some excellent lifters competing this year.
Im epecially looking forward to watching Luke Rodgers in the U75's, Wes McGuiness in the U82.5's, Simon Robb in the U90's and Aaron Hull in the U100's. I'm pretty sure lots of records will be broken.
I'll do some updates from the venue for anyone interested on the 29th.
It's in Stafford if anyone wanted to go along to watch.

I did the single lifts this year, a shoulder problem prevented me from being anywhere near ready to bench. But I'll be watching the results with interest.
I'm new to the powerlifting scene so I'm keen to see how I measure up.

He has a knee injury mate. Don't expect a massive squat this time.

Thats a shame, last time he posted he was squatting a max everyday and feeling great.
